Refund policy
At CYMSTAR Designs, each item is made especially for you after you place your order. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Choosing your size
Because our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selection or a change of mind.
Please review the size chart provided for each garment before ordering, as measurements may vary between products. Where a chart lists garment measurements, compare them with a similar garment that fits you comfortably, allowing room for your preferred fit. Garment measurements should not be treated as identical to body measurements.
If you’re unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to help.
Defective items or manufacturing problems
We take pride in our products. If your item arrives with a defect or manufacturing issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the problem and help arrange a refund.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.
Keep the item, its tags, and original packaging while we review your request, and avoid wearing or washing it beyond what is necessary to inspect it. If an issue only becomes apparent later, please reach out so we can assess it.
Contact us before returning an item
Please use our contact page to get in touch before sending anything back. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions explaining how and where to send it, along with any applicable shipping arrangements.
We’re here to help
We understand that exceptional situations can arise. We’ll review individual concerns with care and work with you toward a fair resolution. While we cannot approve every request, your satisfaction matters to us.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Thank you for choosing CYMSTAR Designs and supporting clothing made especially for each order.
